A career transition can be an opportunity to create work and a life that feel more intentional, meaningful, and truly your own.
Sound Familiar?
In my experience coaching careers, most clients land in one of four places: unclear on direction, unable to decide, unsure how to execute, or isolated without support. Each one has a distinct fix, and once you know which is yours, the path forward gets a lot shorter. Take a look below and see which one is speaking to you right now.
Not Sure What's Next
-
You're stuck between options, and none of them feel right
-
I'll help you cut through the noise and see clearly
Stuck in Analysis
-
Overthinking every move, afraid to choose wrong
-
I'll help you decide and trust that decision
Ready to Act, But Lost
-
You know what you want, but not how to get there
-
I'll help you build a real action plan, step by step
Tired of Doing This Alone
-
No sounding board, no accountability, no momentum
-
I'll be in it with you until you make tangible progress
Your Path Forward
Get clear on what you truly want. We’ll untangle your values, priorities, fears, and expectations so you can see what’s really driving your career decisions.
Clarify
1
Choose a direction with intention. We’ll weigh your options, challenge assumptions, and make a decision that feels most authentic to you.
Decide
2
Clarity showed you the way. Your decision set the direction. Now we move. I'll help you turn that decision into a real action plan with concrete next steps, such as the skills to build and the conversations to have. We'll develop clear moves that build momentum, one after another, until the career you want becomes your reality.

About my coaching style and
clinical background
Career transitions are rarely just about work. They can make you question what you want, who you are, and whether the life you’ve built still fits.
Having navigated my own transition, I understand both the strategic and emotional challenges of change. I created this space for honest, thoughtful work that helps you slow down, hear yourself clearly, and move forward with intention.
My coaching style is humanistic and existential, grounded in your values, circumstances, and the realities of your life. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, identify what matters, and turn insight into meaningful action.
I’m currently completing a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and working toward licensure as a psychotherapist. Coaching is distinct from therapy: it focuses on the present and future, with an emphasis on self-awareness, intentional decision-making, and meaningful change.
Before psychology, I spent nearly a decade in marketing, including roles at Zoom and Adobe. I know what it’s like to leave behind a career you’ve invested years building and step into uncertainty. In recent years, I’ve worked in addiction treatment, psychotherapy, and crisis counseling, and I’m beginning clinical training with the UCSF Department of Psychiatry.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the space to figure out what’s next.

I feel incredibly fortunate that Rena accepted the offer to work with me at Adobe. And I can't say enough positive feedback about Rena's approach to revamping the content strategy + leading the development of big thought leadership programs for Adobe. Under her leadership, the blog traffic increased by +300% and drove several million dollars in pipeline.
Doro Sieber, Vice President Exec Comms, ServiceNow
What stands out about Rena is the dedication and energy she brings to her work with clients. Rena cares about the wellbeing of all her clients and clearly endeavors to always do her best by them. I have found her to be an open, engaged, and intelligent clinical thinker, who has demonstrated excellent clinical skills and a passion for her work.
